Injectables, Skin and Weight Loss — Run by a Nurse Practitioner, in Spokane Valley
Luminess Lounge opened in 2023 on South Sullivan Road. Keanna Wolcott is a board-certified nurse practitioner; she owns the practice and treats patients in it. Botox, Dysport and Xeomin. Filler. RF microneedling. IV hydration and vitamins. Medical weight loss. Sclerotherapy.

Who actually treats you
Keanna Wolcott is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Washington is a full practice authority state, so under RCW 18.79.050 she practises within her own scope without physician supervision and without a collaborative agreement. She is not operating under a medical director’s license.
She owns the practice. The owner, the person who assesses you, and the person responsible for your care are the same person.
When Keanna treats you herself, she evaluates you as part of your care. When a registered nurse performs your treatment, Keanna completes a good faith exam first — in person or via face-to-face telehealth, whichever suits you — to meet Washington’s safety guidelines. Either way, the person responsible for your care is the one who decides whether the treatment is appropriate for you.

Three neurotoxins, not one
Most practices stock one wrinkle relaxer. This one carries three: Botox, Dysport and Xeomin. They are different formulations, they behave differently in different people, and they differ in how quickly they start working and how long they tend to last. A patient who responds poorly to one may do better on another.
That is the point of carrying more than one — it gives Keanna room to choose what fits you rather than fitting you to whatever happens to be on the shelf. Choosing between them is a clinical decision made at your appointment, not something to pick off a menu.
What happens at your first visit
- 1
You book online or by calling or texting the practice.
- 2
You meet with Keanna, in person or by telehealth. She takes your history and examines you.
- 3
You talk through what you actually want, and she tells you what is and isn't appropriate for you — including when the answer is no.
- 4
If you go ahead, you're told what to expect afterward and how to reach the practice if something concerns you.
Some services carry a consultation fee. It varies by service, and it is not credited toward the cost of treatment. We'd rather you know that here than hear it at the counter.
Medical weight loss
This is a medically supervised weight loss programme run by a nurse practitioner, using compounded semaglutide. The medication is compounded — it is prepared by a pharmacy rather than manufactured as an FDA-approved product. Compounded formulations are not themselves FDA-approved, even when the active ingredient is. We say that plainly because it matters.
You will be evaluated first. Not everyone is a candidate, and whether this is appropriate for you is a clinical decision — made by the person who will be responsible for your care, not by a form.
What drives the cost
For wrinkle relaxers, cost depends on how many units your muscles actually need — which varies a great deal between people — and which product is used. For filler, it depends on how many syringes and which product. For RF microneedling, it depends on the area treated and how many sessions. For weight loss, it depends on the medication and the dose you end up on.
Anyone quoting you a price before seeing your face is guessing. You'll be given the cost before anything is done, and consultation fees, where they apply, are not credited toward treatment.

The practice sits on South Sullivan Road just off Interstate 90, which is why patients come from both directions along the freeway — from downtown Spokane to the west and from across the Idaho line to the east — and parking is at the door rather than in a downtown garage.
Patients from North Idaho are treated here in Washington, at this location.
Payment plans
Payment plans are available for Allergan treatments, which includes Botox and Juvederm. If a payment plan is used for a treatment that is not an Allergan product, 10% of the financed amount is added to cover the processing cost. We're telling you that up front rather than at the counter.
