About Luminess Lounge

Luminess Lounge opened in 2023 on South Sullivan Road in Spokane Valley, Washington. It is owned and operated by Keanna Wolcott, MSN, ARNP — a board-certified nurse practitioner.

Washington is a full practice authority state. Under RCW 18.79.050, Keanna practises within her own scope without physician supervision and without a collaborative agreement. She is not operating under a medical director's license. The person who owns this business, the person who assesses each patient, and the person legally responsible for the care are the same person.

When Keanna treats you herself, she evaluates you as part of your care. When a registered nurse performs a treatment, Keanna completes a good faith exam first — in person or via face-to-face telehealth, whichever suits you — to meet Washington’s safety guidelines. The person responsible for your care is the one who decides whether a treatment is appropriate for you.

The practice offers wrinkle relaxers (Botox, Dysport and Xeomin), dermal filler including Juvederm, radiofrequency microneedling and skin treatments on the Exion platform, IV hydration and vitamin injections including B12, vitamin D and NAD+, medical weight loss using compounded semaglutide, and sclerotherapy for spider veins.
