Treatment
Exion CLEAR in Spokane Valley
Exion CLEAR is a device-based skin treatment offered at Luminess Lounge. This page exists for the people who are searching for it by name — who want to know whether it is offered here and how to find out if it suits them. It is offered here. Whether it is the right treatment for you is a different question, and it is the one this page is written to answer honestly.
The way this practice works is that what you are offered depends on what your skin actually needs, assessed at your evaluation — not on which device you arrived asking for. A named device is a tool, not a verdict on what your skin requires.
One of the device-based treatments here
Exion CLEAR is one of the device-based skin treatments available at Luminess Lounge. Which treatment a patient is offered is decided at the evaluation with Keanna, rather than picked from a list before anyone has looked at the skin. The reason for that is simple: a device that suits one person's skin may not be the right approach for another's, and the only way to tell is to look.
Booking a device by name before being seen assumes the answer before the question has been asked. The evaluation is where the question gets asked — what you are trying to change, what your skin is like, and whether this treatment addresses it.
Sold by name, not by suitability
Device treatments are frequently sold by name rather than by suitability. A patient reads a device name, decides it is what they want, and books it — and the practice performs it because it was asked for. A named device is not automatically the right answer for a particular patient's skin. Two people can ask for the same treatment by name and need different things.
This practice starts from what the patient is trying to change rather than from the equipment. The first question is not which device — it is what your skin needs, and whether a device is the right approach at all. The answer to that decides what you are offered, if anything.
How it sits alongside the other options here
Radiofrequency microneedling is generally aimed at skin texture, fine lines, and the appearance of laxity. It works through the skin's own gradual healing response to a controlled injury, and it is done in a series rather than as a single treatment.
Dermal filler is a different tool for a different problem. It adds volume where volume has been lost — in the cheeks, the lips, the jawline, the under-eye area — rather than addressing the skin's surface. Filler and device treatments are not interchangeable, and being told which one applies to you is part of what the evaluation is for.
Which of these — if any — is right for you depends on what you are actually trying to change. That is what the evaluation is for.
What to expect at the appointment
You meet with Keanna — in person or by telehealth. She examines your skin, takes your history, and asks what you are trying to change. She tells you whether Exion CLEAR is the right treatment for that — or whether a different treatment here is, or whether none of them is. The conversation is the point. Being told that a named device is not the right answer for your skin is a legitimate outcome of the appointment, not a refusal.
If it is the right treatment for you, you are told what to expect afterward and how to reach the practice if something concerns you. If it is not, you are told that too — plainly, and without a consolation-prize upsell.
When Keanna treats you herself, she evaluates you as part of your care. When a registered nurse performs your treatment, Keanna completes a good faith exam first — in person or via face-to-face telehealth, whichever suits you — to meet Washington’s safety guidelines. Either way, the person responsible for your care is the one who decides whether the treatment is appropriate for you.
Questions and answers
Do you offer Exion CLEAR here?
Yes. It is one of the device-based skin treatments available at Luminess Lounge. Whether it is the right one for you is decided at the evaluation with Keanna, not booked off a menu.
How do I know if it suits me?
By being evaluated. Keanna starts from what you are trying to change about your skin, not from the name of a device. Whether Exion CLEAR is the right answer for you — or whether a different treatment here is, or none of them is — is what the evaluation is for.
Can I just book it directly?
You can book an appointment. What you are offered at that appointment depends on what your skin actually needs, assessed at your evaluation. Booking a named device before being seen assumes the answer before the question has been asked.
What if it turns out this isn't the right treatment for me?
Then you are told that directly. A named device is not automatically the right answer for a particular patient's skin, and being told so is a legitimate outcome of the appointment — not a refusal of treatment.
Is this the same as radiofrequency microneedling?
Radiofrequency microneedling is a different treatment that is also offered here. Whether Exion CLEAR, radiofrequency microneedling, or something else is appropriate for you is part of what the evaluation covers. The point is to start from your skin, not from a product name.
How do I book?
